Since 2021, ViiV Healthcare has served as the presenting sponsor of the National Latinx Conference on HIV, HCV, and SUD (NaLa). For its 2025 presence, ViiV partnered with KTC to translate its sustained commitment to Latinx communities into a strategically grounded, culturally resonant experience.

The Challenge

Connect authentically with Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities while unifying ViiV’s multi-year sponsorship, published research, and community investments into one coherent conference experience.

The Solution

ViiV and KTC collaborated with a dedicated Latin Committee to guide cultural authenticity and strategic direction. The team focused on four priorities: maximizing the presenting sponsorship, sharing key program learnings, elevating Latinx-led organizations, and increasing visibility through immersive booth experiences and a featured plenary session.

The integrated approach brought ViiV’s advocacy and community investment together in an experience designed to deepen engagement around HIV prevention.
